The Two-Block Duplex reimagines a constrained laneway through two offset volumes that carve out distinct spatial moments. Layered setbacks create a semi-public front courtyard and a private rear courtyard, while a ground-level cafe activates the lane. The project embraces its context, using massing and program to foster social interaction and animate the urban fabric.
